Preparation of the culture medium

Prepare the culture medium in which live and breed flies throughout the experiment.
The first method has been chosen since it is more affordable and just as effective as method 2.

In my case, I used Maizena and I had to make a few changes so that the culture medium was as optimal as possible. Instead of using 5.6 grams I used 2.5 grams and instead added in the first mixture 375 ml of water, I added 450 ml

Once we have the mash made it must be placed in glass flask to finish the medium of growing the flies.
It was made using a pastry manga since it was impossible to put the mixture without touching the surroundings of the glass flasks.
